About the team

Corporate Services provides sustainable strategies, solutions and services to enable our clients to deliver with confidence Transport's vision. Providing a robust to commercial management, ensuring financial sustainability across the cluster and driving strategic projects, procurement and transformation through the provision of corporate services to internal clients.

The Enterprise Governance & Assurance Team provide leadership & direction to Transport on Governance, Delegations, Risk, Compliance, Resilience, Business Continuity and Assurance.

The team operates at an enterprise level, partnering with subject matter owners:

  • In setting standards and requirements to support consistent application into key business activities
  • To provide reporting and insights to strengthen confidence that we enable our people to act wisely, comply well and consider risks sensibly, and to share best practice and foster opportunities to collaborate and continuously improve.


The opportunities

We have multiple opportunities for Enterprise Governance, Compliance, Risk, Resilience & Assurance Managers to become an integral part of our Enterprise Governance & Assurance branch within our Corporate Services Division.

These critical roles will deliver expert advice, support, and guidance to accountable leaders assisting with developing, implementing and maintaining frameworks and best practice processes and systems to support robust practices and culture across Transport.

Key to your success will be your demonstrated experience in collaborating with key stakeholders across the Transport Cluster and be at the forefront of continuous improvement and best practice.

You're organised, proactive and accountable, thriving in a complex environment where you will need to prioritise a high volume of tasks with attention to detail and due diligence. You will pride yourself on always being a step ahead, anticipating and addressing potential issues before they arise.

The salary for this position is Grade 9 ($135,898 - $152,204) per annum plus superannuation.
