Governance and implementation of superior Controlling standards and policies, ensures proper analysis of business performance data, and coordinates budget planning processes and forecasting, for all assigned business.
Responsible for all business financial, controlling and reporting matters in the Country.
Ensures financial reporting integrity/transparency, effective risk management and internal control.
Tasks :
Actively co-lead with the Head of business the day-today business activities in the to achieve the performance targets .
Support implementation of the Global Strategy and specific got to market adapted to the country.
Supports efficient planning and performance controlling functions in the Country
Analyses regularly relevant Key Performance indicators, and provides reports, comments and recommendation.
Identifies process improvement potentials in Financial and business processes and proposes remediation or new projects implementation.
In charge of expense controlling (e.g. transparency, productivity) and asset management (inventory, A/R). Cost and cashflow planning (including timely billing and collection) and controlling.
Implement and coordinate Business Review, Project review and reporting to ensure projects are reviewed and appropriate action taken to reach the targets.
Skills :
Master degree preferably in Business / Finance
Possess min. 10 years of experience in Operations/Treasury/Finance.
Excellent English and French language skills.
