Key Responsibilities
  • Facilitating open communication between the customer & project team
  • Create user stories / use cases for technical team to understand the business requirements clearly
  • Driving user acceptance criteria with the customer
  • Co-ordinate, interact and work with client, third party partners, onsite-offshore team, etc. as per requirements
  • Interact with user representative to understand and document the business requirements and create functional documents.
  • Work with Test team in defining and developing test plan and test cases.
  • Support, work and co-ordinate with the Project team to ensure coverage of requirements, defect analysis and completion of testing (including UAT)
  • Provide required trainings/ KT to the team.


Profile
  • 10-20 Years of experience in IT & Cybersecurity Domain.
  • Experience in building the Cyber security Products
  • Experience of any CISO specific tools eg. SIEM, SOAR tools
  • Good Understanding of Cyber Security laws like Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), PCI DSS, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) , Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA).
  • Understanding of different frame works like NIST , COBIT, ISO, Cyber security Frame works
  • Good understanding of Cyber security laws and regulations
  • Good Understanding of Data Privacy and GDPR.Experience with Scrum and Agile methodologies
  • Preferable having any of the certifications like Certified Information Systems Security Professional ( CISSP ) , ( Certified Ethical Hacker ) Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC), GIAC Continuous Monitoring Certification (GMON)
  • Should be a good communicator and a good team player
  • Good interpersonal skills, confidence and ability to interact professionally with people at all levels.
  • Strong business focus including problem resolution
  • Strong written and verbal Communications Skills and presentation skills.
