Job Overview

TE Connectivity's IT Business Analysis Teams analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems. They provide technical expertise in identifying, evaluating and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective and meet user requirements. They also configure system settings and options; plan and execute unit, integration and acceptance testing, create specifications for systems to meet business requirements and design details of automated systems. At times, TE's IT Business Analysis Teams may provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems and lead cross-functional linked teams to address business or systems issues.

What your background should look like:

ain Target Summary Relevant experience in SAP IBP (as Frontend User) and CPI - DS
Tasks Summary & Responsibilities (please enclose organizational charts on last page)
• Understand Business Challenge and provide suggestion/Ideas to solve the issue.
• Support S&OP team to streamline current process with IBP.
• Load IBP data into different system to make data available for Dashboard and Reporting purpose.
• Monitor All the jobs which is flowing from CPI-DS to other systems for smother data availability
• Clean up Master data and make sure we have at most perfect data.
• Need to fine tune available Statistical Forecast Models and create new Forecast Model to predict different Demand stream in IBP.
• Follow up and update the management on Project status and schedule periodical meetings with users for better co-ordination.

Educational Degree • Any Degree
Professional Experience (in what processes and function)
• Relevant experience in IBP
• Relevant experience in CPI-DS
Special Qualifications, Knowledge & Skills
• Good Knowledge of Supply Chain Process
• Should be able to work at all levels of development from analysis through implementation and support, with minimal supervision
• Prior experience in the manufacturing industry and understanding of SAP environment (ERP, IBP, CPI-DS) is desirable
• Fluent in English both written and spoken
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
