Our Insights and Data team helps our clients make better business decisions by transforming an ocean of data into streams of insight. Due to continued growth within Capgemini's Insights & Data practice we intend to recruit a MDM Business Analyst with relevant consulting and communication skills. Let's talk about the role and responsibilities:
  • Project goal is to is to onboard more sources to an existing MDM to enhance its capability to create a single golden record for a customer
  • Leading clients through workshops to discover, define, and prioritise requirements.
  • Analysing the existing business & system domain then recommending changed or new business processes.
  • Creating and managing the execution of tests cases as required.
  • Helping the project manager define success criteria, scope, schedules, and deliverables for the engagement.
  • Collaborate with counterparts in IT (project, development, QA managers) and development resources to create and validate business requirements and project specification documents
  • Communication with stakeholders and leadership in resolution of system issues
Let's talk about your qualifications and experience:
  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis, process analysis and improvement, ideally in a consulting environment
  • Experience soliciting, gathering, analysing, user input and requirements
  • Experience collaborating with business stakeholders, business process owners, technical project managers and technical teams to execute business analysis tasks
  • Detail orientation with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts, business models, and technologies
  • Good understanding of Customer, Automotive/Transport Domains and Master Data Management principles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills
  • History at another consulting firm and/or time spent within a large enterprise
  • Strong verbal/written communication and data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
  • Successful teamwork experience & demonstrated leadership abilities
  • An appreciation of different delivery methodologies (waterfall, flavors of agile)
  • Familiarity with any MDM (Informatica, IBM etc) tool is highly desirable
