Tax Manager - Industry Role

The company are recruiting a Tax Manager to assume control of the Tax affairs of the company on a UK-wide basis. This will be a mixed compliance and advisory based role that will give the successful person the opportunity to really affect the decision making process within the organisation. Responsibilities will include (but not limited to) : Preparation of a large number of UK trading company & head office tax returns Half year & year end reporting Preparation of tax disclosures (UK Statutory accounts) Reviewing VAT returns and queries Other payments, arrangements and calculations as required Ideally we are looking for someone with a recognised accountancy (ACCA, ACA, CAI or similar) and tax qualification (CTA or similar) with 2+ years PQE. Excellent technical compliance knowledge will be needed as well as some year end and VAT expertise.
