About the Department

UOB's Group Strategy and Transformation supports business units across the group to drive the strategic and transformation agenda.

Job Responsibilities

Given the team's position at the forefront of change within the bank, there are exciting potential career paths within the team as well as within the wider UOB franchise. We are looking for an analyst to join our Business Intelligence role.
  • Analyse internal and external data to develop a strategic point of view and formalise strategy papers
  • Perform research on specific topics
  • Track performance of financial and non-financial metrics across the Group segments and functions
  • Assist monthly management meetings including agenda setting, paper collation and minutes taking
  • Maintain external knowledge databases


Job Requirements

Job Requirements:-
  • Degree in accounting or related fields, with at least 5 years of experience in the financial industry
  • Experience with research (eg. qualitative and quantitative) will be an added advantage
  • Excellent verbal and written communication for C-suite presentation
  • Passion for working in a high performing team
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Highly organised and able to multi-task
