Roles & Responsibilities
Interaction with NOC team and all Circle Feasibility Managers to ensure Circle teams are tracking all the feasibility requests received and ensure closure within agreed SLAs
End to end responsibility of SLA management of All Circles and broadcasting of daily feasibility dashboard
Driving customer first agenda and ensure 100% accuracy in the feasibilities provided to the customer.
Handle daily, weekly and monthly governance calls with the customer, flashing feasibility progress report for all Circles.
Maintain complete databases and tracking progress on wireline / wireless feasibility for the circle
Working Knowledge of fibre optics communications system, OSP/ISP/IBD permission statutory requirements
Knowledge of PROW/ROW permission process flow
Need to manage and guide field teams to achieve completion of assigned field activities in a single visit
Responsible for accurately capturing detailed site survey report to achieve 100% accuracy in feasibility response
3-5 years of experience in relevant industry for feasibility / service delivery / service assurance
Solution design skills of Ethernet Packet & Optical network.
Understanding of Transmission/ IP/ VOICE, ISP/OSP network, 2G, 3G technology, Fibre equipment's
Responsible for adherence to maintain agreed SLA/KPIs
Good knowledge of various interface used to deliver Data, Voice and IP based circuits on transmission network.
Good Knowledge of ECI and Huawei access products and who have worked on them from configuration, fault management and Planning perspective.
Knowledge of Transmission, Ethernet / DWDM / OTN / MSP and Packet Network Technologies 2G, 3G / Huawei / ECI
Excellent coordination and understanding with cross functional team for resolving issues, capturing detailed and accurate feasibility response
Manage first level escalations and minimize wrong feasibility response to zero
Qualification
BE in Electronics / Telecommunications
Experience of working on Feasibility tools, OSM tools, eCRM tool with Presales team, IP and Data planning team.
Experience in ECI and Huawei access products - configuration, fault management and Planning perspective.
