Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Director

Our client, a growing International business seeks to recruit an Interim Financial Planning and Analysis Director to build and transform a world class FPA function. You will be a qualified accountant with 10-15 years International company exposure and have been a FPA Director previously. You will know what good looks like and be able to demonstrate how you will build the function and develop the department and reporting for a multi- million pound business. If you have had experience of working within a FTSE environment as well as Private Equity backed International organizations you will be qualified to support the Group CFO in building a robust planning and forecasting cycle as well as implementing KPI reporting and a detailed, fit for purpose board report. If you are available immediately this role is offered as hybrid working with at least 3 days in the office in Leeds. It has yet to be determined if this role will sit in or outside IR35 so applicants will need to be prepared for PAYE but as its a project it also is as likely to be deemed outside. This role is to start asap but up to 4 weeks notice may be considered for the right person. Rates between £750 - £1500 depending on IFRS status . Salary Equivalent £150- £180k . 6 months assignment.
