I am actively recruiting an Audit Associate Director for a Reading-based technology focussed accountancy practice with c.80 staff. What can you expect from this Audit Associate Director role; £65k-£85k

You will have clients from day one and must have impeccable client-facing skills Clients SMEs and OMBS which vary across sectors including property, construction, charities, private equity, technology and property development with turnovers up to £120m Reporting in line with FRS102 You will have responsibility for managing a team of 3-4. You will come in and review the current client base of the team, work out how you want to run the team - with complete autonomy from the Director Office hours are 10 am-4 pm and you can work as early as 7:30 am and finish at 4:30 pm. There is parking on-site on a first come first serve basis - however, they will pay for the car park next door if theirs is full.
