As a Manager in our Behavioural Assurance and Accountability team your impact will be seen by:
  • Managing end-to-end delivery of culture / risk culture assessments across a variety of organisations
  • Analysing qualitative and quantitative data and identifying key cultural themes and insights
  • Reporting in a cohesive manner, delivering tailored insights and solutions and presenting to and engaging with senior stakeholders
  • Developing the business including strategic initiatives, methodologies and pursuing and identifying business opportunities with current and new clients


About you

We are seeking an individual with the following skills and experience:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Philosophy, Organisational Psychology, Sociology, Organisational Development or a related field
  • Previous experience in a Consulting environment advising clients at varying levels is preferred
  • Previous experience in culture and / or risk culture assessments and measurement including interview and workshop facilitation
  • Skilled in culture change and hold an understanding of organisational culture
  • Exhibit strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven capabilities in working with effective teams and enjoy working in an innovative environment
