Standalone Purchase Ledger Manager
Page Personnel are working with a prestigious business in Altrincham, recruiting a Purchase Ledger Manager to work in a standalone role, in a fast paced finance environment.
A well established business, with a reputation for staff retention, are seeking an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them at the managerial level. You will have knowledge of CIS, and Sage 200, and be confident in managing the Purchase Ledger function across the business.
As a Purchase Ledger Manager, you will report into the Finance Director, responsible for managing the invoice processing function for a fast paced business.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: posting payments on a weekly basis using Sage 200; match purchase order, delivery notes daily; respond to and resolve queries in a timely manner; reconciliation of supplier statements; reconciliation of subcontractor payments; manage expenses; manage credit card procedures; maintain supplier accounts; general administration duties as required.
The successful candidate will:
- Be an experienced Purchase Ledger candidate - Essential
- Have knowledge of working in the construction industry, CIS returns - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills, particularly MS Excel and Sage 200 - Essential
