A leading real estate and construction company is looking for an experienced and professional recovery manager for its construction projects.
Job Description
- Managing a large amount of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
- Should have the ability to meet recovery targets.
- Should have strong follow-up ability and presence of mind.
- The candidate must be confident, self-motivated, and active.
- Should have good verbal and written communication skills.
- Should keep records of all conversations in the database in a comprehensive way.
- Should have the ability to handle pressure.
- Prepare weekly & monthly summary reports of all client's receivables.
- Participate in morning meetings for daily, weekly & monthly strategies.
- Perform other assigned tasks and duties to support the accounts department.
- Perform Account reconciliation with Accounts Department from time to time.
- Prepare weekly and monthly targets for sales recovery and present comparison with actual on monthly basis to General Manager and CEO.
- Forward a monthly summary to the HOD of recoveries as and when required
- Experience in the real estate industry will be a plus.
Education: Bachelors
Degree Title: BBA / BS / B.Com / Equivalent
Career Level: Experienced Professional
Experience: 3 Years
