Fund Operations Associate

My client a global financial services company,  is seeking a Fund Operations Associate to join their expanding team. The ideal candidate will be someone who wants to achieve depth of learning and self development within their career. The Fund Operations team supports the business by facilitating flows into the funds. they also own the relationship with the business's Transfer agents as well as being responsible for the oversight of their processes. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the business by facilitating flows into the funds
• Oversight of service delivery of 3rd party service providers; ensuring adherence to SLA
• Review KPI/KRIs from 3rd party vendors
• Establish and own relationships with transfer agents, as well as take responsibility for the oversight of their processes
• Escalate, manage and resolve operational issues, client issues and internal escalations
• Liaise with various internal teams as necessary to execute deliverables / respond to queries

• BComm or relevant tertiary qualification
• Minimum 3-5 years experience with a transfer agency operational background
