We're looking for a Business Analyst to help us deliver our digital account product for Business and Personal users. Working closely with the Product, Operations, Compliance, IT, senior management and stakeholders from across the company, you will be responsible for delivering core features and capabilities of the fire.com account. You will be tasked with coordinating, project managing and delivering a number of projects with cross functional teams.  It will be your job to take high level business requirements and drill these down into clear actions items.  You will also be asked to contribute towards agreeing the scope and design of the particular project. Office on the Quays, a 5 minute walk from Pearse, Connolly and Docklands DART stations, the Red Luas line and three Dublin Bikes stations (so no excuses for arriving late! ). You'll need to prove your ability to: Collaborate with others and clearly document business requirements Lead planning and/or implementation of projects / programmes of work Manage project scope, resourcing, costs, time and dependencies Present and report project / programme updates to management You should have the following: 3+ years' experience in a financial services environment doing business or product analysis A degree in in Mathematics, Business, Computer Science, or other related field Programme & project management skills and experience It'd be great if you also have experience with: Both the personal fire.com app (available in the app stores) and the Fire Business Account (hint - you can sign up for a free sole trader account at fire.com/business ) European payments regulation - particularly the PSD2 ( https://goo.gl/woAln1 ) and the Regulatory Technical Standards ( https://goo.gl/9Qv76D - PDF) and maybe a view about open banking in the UK ( https://www.openbanking.org.uk ) The fintech ecosystem and all its relevant players As a member of the fire.com team you will be contributing to development of a new and innovative fintech digital account - changing the way people and business pay and are paid.
