Page Personnel are working with a well established business based in Altrincham, recruiting an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join their growing team.
A well established business, with a reputation for staff retention, are recruiting an Invoicing Administrator to join their Accounts Receivable team.
As an Invoicing Administrator within the Accounts Receivable team, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for the accurate invoicing and billing of key clients.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: creating and maintaining specialist invoices; responding to and resolving queries in a timely manner; regular account reconciliations; liaise frequently with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure prompt payment of invoices; raising invoices.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a Billing/Accounts Receivable role - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
- Have strong IT skills particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent attention to detail - Essential
