A well established business, with a dynamic culture and luxury offices, are recruiting a Finance Administrator to join their team.
As a Finance Administrator, you will report into the Finance Manager, responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the finance function.
Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: accurate invoice processing within agree timescales; continuously identify opportunities for improvements; manage finance mailbox; bank postings; reconciliations; reporting; billing.
The successful candidate will:
- Have knowledge of working in a fast paced transactional finance role - Essential
- Have excellent IT skills, particularly MS Excel - Essential
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills - Essential
