Job Duties:
- Assist to develop and run detailed financial model, prepare internal and external presentations, reports.
- Assist in corporate planning on investment structure, by assessing tax, audit and legal impact.
- Timely submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports, cash flow and management reports.
- Prepare budget, forecast, cash flow planning & monitoring.
- Ensure timely prepare customer invoices & vendors payments.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Group Tax, Group Legal, Group Secretary and Group Treasury, banks and government authorities to ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Any other duties as and when assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements:
- Possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/ Finance/ Investment or equivalent to the field with professional accountancy qualification (i.e. CA/ACCA/CIMA/CPA/ ICAEW/CFA)
- At least 6 years of experience with minimum 2 years' business partnering role and team lead role in related industries.
