My client is part of a large automotive retail group looking for an enthusiastic, talented individual with a keen eye for detail and flair for accounts, reliable, organized and have strong motivational and leadership skills. Seeking an opportunity to further their career.

It is essential that you have previous Motor Trade experience as a Dealership Assistant Accountant / Accounts Assistant.

The ideal candidate will have Kerridge knowledge and experience and a successful track record within an Accounts department, strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and experience of managing and working to deadlines with the ability to cope within a busy and pressurised environment.

They will be supporting the accounts function in relation to banking, allocation of receipts, sales & vehicle ledger, purchase ledger, stock reconciliation and balance sheet controls.

The role holder will also be assisting the Regional Accountant to streamline processes, and be fully responsible for keeping up–to–date on all new processes and procedures.

They will also be providing assistance to the Regional Accountant in the preparation of monthly management accounts and undertaking additional ad–hoc duties as requested.
