Responsibilities
- Responsible for financial & management accounts reporting and manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Conduct the overall preparation of month-end, interim and annual management reports including budgeting, forecasting and closing
- Liaise with subsidiary companies in establishing group budget and financial reporting matters
- Review and monitor cashflow application and performance of PRC subsidiaries and provide management information for decision making
- Prepare consolidation accounting reports for purpose of financial accounting book closing & management accounting review
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
- Liaise with external auditor and tax advisor for annual audit and tax issues
- Perform ad-hoc reports/projects as assigned by senior management
- Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
- Holder of professional qualification of CPA
- Min 5 years of working experience in big four/ listed company
- Proven knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles, practices, standards, laws and regulation
- Good command in both written and verbal English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Organized and detail-oriented with good time management and strong analytical skills, able to work independently to meet tight deadlines
- Proficient with MS Office applications
- Knowledge in MYOB/ Peachtree
