A leading Lloyd's Market Insurer are recruiting for a Strategy Analyst to work within their Marine and Aviation function, providing support with Strategic development and strategy implementation. This will include market research and analysis, preparation of presentations for management and selected product groups, and involvement in specific projects.
The role requires a high degree of initiative and flexibility in meeting various challenges presented, marrying management of day to day responsibilities with project work. The individual must have a good commercial awareness, coupled with an in-depth knowledge of the dynamics of the insurance industry. This needs to be employed with understanding the Group's strategic direction, and in drawing out insights from industry trends and data which may ultimately inform strategic decision-making.
The role may also involve working closely with functions and other Marine & Aviation regional offices to assist with project implementation, industry research or business development. Good relationship and communication skills are important.
