Assistant Finance Analyst
£30-35k + Bonus

Our client, a rapidly growing, privately owned company are looking to source a determined and confident Finance Analyst to join their growing team. Experiencing a period of growth and opening new sites in the coming year has led to the opening of this position. This opportunity is ideal for candidates who are qualified and hungry to progress but equally a great role for someone with lots of accounting and analytical experience who is QBE.
Key Responsibilities:
-Producing and reviewing the management accounts
-Monitoring spend and costs and based on this develop new annual and quarterly budgets
-Analysing overall financial performance across all sites to drive key decision making
-Produce detailed Cash flow forecasts
-Based on findings, recommend innovative ways to reduce costs and increase profits
-Liaise with managers in order to contribute to business decisions with Senior management
-Carrying out internal audits of various departments
-Providing external auditors with company reports and financial data
-Managing The Finance Team
-Interpreting and reviewing sales, costs and sales reports
-Business partnering with the sales and operations teams
What we are looking for:
-Qualified CIMA/ACCA (will consider QBE as well)
-Strong analytical experience and reporting skills, working with large datasets using a strategical mind-set
-Strong Excel skills - Vlookups, pivot tables, Sumifs
-Presentation skills and confident in building relationships with non-finance colleagues
-Experience in producing management accounts
