Our client is a financial services division of a leading worldwide outsourcing organisation and FTSE 100 company providing a broad range of corporate solutions including Asset Services and Shareholder Solutions; they are UK's leading provider of business process management and integrated professional support solutions.

This role based near Bromley in Kent is to supervise/lead teams through technical leadership (currently this role does not require management of people) as well as providing administrative backing to the team who maintain Director's Share Plans for those clients who have outsourced their administration to them.

The Team Leader will be :-

- Assisting in organising daily activity of the team to ensure work is completed accurately and timely, in line with scheme/plan rules, showing awareness of regulatory requirements and any applicable terms and conditions

- - Assisting in planning for future major events including Grants, Reporting, Maturities and Vests
- - Checking of Daily Trades, in conjunction with other deputy supervisors and supervisors
- - Liaison with Clients directly to plan events and assist in maintenance of a good relationship, escalating any concerns
- - Supporting supervisor in ensuring that all procedures and administration guides are up to date and procedures followed accurately
- - Ensure own and support team completion of all mandatory training
- - Assisting in checking and authorising of confidential administration and providing guidance and correction when needed.-

Ideally you will have gained Senior Administrative or Team Leader experience within financial services or regulated environment looking for your next step. You will need to be able to communicate effectively at all levels with strong customer service skills, strong planning and organisational ability with Regulatory awareness . In addition you will need advanced Excel skills and be someone with the ability to multitask with a strong teamwork ethic and strong time management skills. This role requires the ability to meet tight deadlines working at times under pressure and to deadlines.

This role is office based in Beckenham 9.00 am - 5.30 pm Monday - Friday
