Public Practice Recruitment Ltd are on the lookout for a hard-working Semi Senior Accountant who is looking to make next challenging step in their accounting career. You will be working as part of the Accounts and Outsourcing team within a leading national accountancy firm.

The perfect candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ working in a public practice firm.

The responsibilities for the Semi Senior Accountant job based in Leeds will include;

• Accounts preparation for sole traders, partnerships and businesses
• Maintaining solid client relationships
• Preparation of management accounts
• Attending client meetings
• Reporting directly to the Managers

The right candidate will be ACCA/ACA qualified/part qualified with a minimum of 2 years’ experience of working with a dynamic public practice firm.

Not only will the Semi Senior Accountant be required to deliver excellent client service levels, they will need to take ownership of their own workload. Strong time management skills are imperative. The perfect Semi Senior Accountant will have previous experience in preparing statutory accounts for a range of business entities.  They will also have to ability to work as part of a team, building key internal relationships with the Senior Accountants and Senior Managers.
