This leading UK insurance business, with a strong private equity backing, are currently seeking a professional and experienced Senior Finance Business Partner to join their Business Finance team. With exposure across the entire business, and at all levels, this position could act as an excellent stepping stone to your wider commercial career.

Primarily responsible for the provision of key financial and strategic information to the wider business, key accountabilities will include:

* Developing and managing the budget + forecasting process and 5 year plan
* Month end reporting and taking ownership for P+L Accounts
* Business support for actual review and planning
* Continually challenging the business and process for improvements
* Interpret financial performance of the business, identifying risks and challenges
* Managing and carrying our project work and several other ad hoc duties

Key requirements:

* Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent), ideally with a number of years post-qualified experience
* Previous business partnering experience
* Experience within insurance or financial services would be advantageous
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to manage relationships with stakeholders at a senior level
* Flexible, adaptable and organised
