A leading financial services company is seeking a Fund Operations finance Associate for a 12 month contract. The primary focus of this role will be on the On-shore Annual Management Charge rebate process, Renewal Commission process and Third party supplier invoices. The ideal individual will be a team player, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who thrives under pressure.
Responsibilities:
- Complete both the monthly and quarterly processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement
- Client Money Responsibilities in respect of Annual Management Charge Rebates
- On boarding of new Annual Management Charge Rebate terms, liaising with various teams and the relevant Transfer Agents
- Provide Annual Management Charge Rebates Commission Statements to end clients upon request
- Log and submit Third Party supplier invoices for approval
- Build relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
- BComm or relevant tertiary qualification
- Understanding of the Fees and Rebate process
- 3 years Financial Service Industry experience preferred, ideally Asset Management Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates
