A leading financial services company is seeking a Fund Operations finance Associate for a 12 month contract. The primary focus of this role will be on the On-shore Annual Management Charge rebate process, Renewal Commission process and Third party supplier invoices. The ideal individual will be a team player, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills who thrives under pressure.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete both the monthly and quarterly processes to ensure timely and accurate settlement
  • Client Money Responsibilities in respect of Annual Management Charge Rebates
  • On boarding of new Annual Management Charge Rebate terms, liaising with various teams and the relevant Transfer Agents
  • Provide Annual Management Charge Rebates Commission Statements to end clients upon request
  • Log and submit Third Party supplier invoices for approval
  • Build relationships with all stakeholders, internal and external.
Requirements:

  • BComm or relevant tertiary qualification
  • Understanding of the Fees and Rebate process
  • 3 years Financial Service Industry experience preferred, ideally Asset Management
  • Preference will be given to Employment Equity candidates
