Assistant Accountant, Accounting Technician, Accounts Assistant
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant Accountant to join a well-known firm of Chartered Accountants in Cheltenham on a permanent full time basis. This approachable and friendly firm have an outstanding reputation and excellent staff retention rate.
To be considered for this role applicants MUST have previous accountancy practice experience. This is a minimum requirement of the role, those who do not have this experience will not be considered.
Those who do have accountancy practice experience please read on:
On a daily basis you will take responsibility for:
* Accounts preparation for a varied client base of sole traders, partnerships and small limited companies
* Personal and corporate tax returns
* VAT returns and client bookkeeping
* Extensive client interaction
Ideal candidates will be AAT part or fully qualified, those in their early stages of ACCA will also be considered. In return you will receive an excellent salary up to £25,000.
