Invoicing Clerk / Administrator
This very successful, small organisation are looking for someone to look after and look after the purchasing invoicing ledger function within the office.
Though they are a small company they have a large turnover and buy from many suppliers therefore it is busy with lots of invoices.
The ideal candidate will ideally have at least 1 years experience working within a purchase ledger or invoicing department and experience dealing with lots of suppliers and lots of invoices.
Experience using Quickbooks would be ideal though this is not essential as training will be given.
Being a small team you must also have a flexible attitude and be prepared to help out with other administration duties.
Also, during busy times and when under pressure you will be asked to assist sales with the preparation and packing of orders, ready for collection by the courier.
Working within a niche market, there is a huge learning curve, and full training will be given.
You may be currently working in the corporate world and looking to escape to join a small and very friendly team or you could be working for an SME and ready for a new challenge.
The hours of work at 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
