A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an Accounts Assistant to join a small team based in Leicester on a part time basis.
As the Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Processing and updating sales invoices in sage
- Inputting purchase invoices in sage
- Inputting bank payments, bank receipts, bank transfers in sage
- Bank reconciliations
- Month end reconciliations
- Providing support to the Account Manager as required
To be successful in the role of Accounts Assistant, you will have:
- Knowledge of Sage Accounting system
- Knowledge of using Microsoft packages including Excel and Word.
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to deadlines
- AAT qualification or work based experience in similar area
