Client Details

I am recruiting a Credit Controller to join a Finance team to join the head office in Witney. Reporting in to the Credit Manager you will be a key member of the finance team with responsibility for auctioning and administering accurate collection processes. You will ensure that outstanding debtor balances are chased on time, payments are posted and accounts are reconciled.

Description

Job description for the Credit Controller:

• Ensure that invoices have been received, and decide whether there are any problems within the process.

• Deal with any problems that arise effectively.

• Work closely with other teams to ensure that the information provided for invoicing is accurate.

• Responsible for keeping records of all correspondence, telephone conversations and actions relating to promises to pay, and follow up as appropriate.

• Bringing to the attention of the Billing / Credit Control Manager monies difficult to recover and highlighting alongside the manager any matters relating to litigation or debt recovery agencies.
