This is an exciting opportunity for an attentive and methodical Quality Assurance Officer to join their friendly Oxted branch.

The successful candidate will take personal responsibility for driving up the levels of quality across all Customer Facing Operational areas, ensuring that the needs of the customer and the business are balanced at all times.

Using your excellent analytical skills, you will perform audits and root cause analysis and demonstrate your high standards of quality.

With a diplomatic and understanding approach, you will be monitoring and assessing team members calls and providing feedback, improving quality and building and maintaining relationships.

Experience and Skills

  • Excellent prioritisation skills ensuring targets are met

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Understanding of an insurance and/or regulatory environment

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills

  • Relationship management

  • Decision making

Ideally you will have some Quality Assurance experience and be seeking career progression within this field however this role would also suit an individual from a customer service and/or Insurance background looking to move into Quality Assurance.
