You will be joining a highly skilled team that provides world class financial services within the business. Working well under pressure, and being a team player are crucial skills you will need to demonstrate to be successful in this role.
You will be responsible for driving the end to end process of a matter from time recording through to billing, focusing on both financial controls and service delivery support. You will cover four elements; Billing enabling, Controls, Reports and Service delivery. In addition you will have specific responsibility for understanding and managing the end to end process for one key client.
Additionally you will be required to work closely with the wider working capital team and stakeholders and will be expected to provide updates on the status of ongoing matters, and produce any necessary reports.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate professional experience in a revenue/credit control role within a very customer/client focused business; experience gained in a legal firm would be advantageous.
You will have a proven track record of driving results within a financial environment and skills in managing a stakeholder base which will include both internal and external clients.
- Strong IT skills - particularly within Excel
