Finanace Assistant

At PE Global we are seeking a Finance Assistant for a multinational medical device company based in Leeds. The role is full time, 37 hours per week, for a 12 month contract

Job Title: Finance Assistant


• Weekly bank reconciliations
• Bank administration
• Daily bank download

Receipting of Services
• Daily receipting of services
• Dealing with queries by phone and email
• Management of supporting evidence
• GRNI maintenance and review

Masterfile Maintenance
• Masterfile maintenance – new vendor, new customer
• Address book maintenance - employees
• Address book – additions, change requests
• Ensuring compliant for Sarbanes Oxley at all times

Month End
• Business Partnering for SG&A functions
• Balance Sheet Reconciliations
• Journal postings

Other Duties
• Vehicle administration

• Excellent organisational skills
• Needs to be able to manage a number of different tasks at the same time.
• Some experience of working in a finance/accounting environment.
• Experience on a computerised accounting system ideally JD Edwards One World
• Excellent computer skills – excel, word, power point etc
