One of my key clients has recently moved into state of the art new offices in Altrincham as it enters its most exciting period since its establishment 20 years ago.

To accommodate for its incredible growth over the last 12 months, a fantastic opportunity has arisen to join its finance team and report directly into the Finance Director.

The role will ensure you become ACCA /CIMA qualified within the next 2-3 years which is why I am looking to speak to AAT finalists who are ambitious, career-driven and looking for progression.

Your role will encompass a broad range of accounting duties including:

-Assisting in the preparation of financial accounts
-Profit & Loss reporting
-Monthly forecasts, budgets and reconciliations based on prior periods
-Quarterly and annual VAT
-Month-end accruals, prepayments and journals

This will then enable you to work towards progression into a more senior role within your first 12 months at the business.

-Attending key management meetings at Head Office and projecting your ideas for business success
-Becoming qualified with the support of an award-winning management team
-Training junior members of staff on ledger accounting
