We are currently recruiting for an EMEA Marketing Manager, based in our EMEA headquarters in Reigate, Surrey.

This high profile, strategic and exciting role is responsible for the development and delivery of strategic marketing plans and programmes across EMEA that will drive growth of our brands (KLEENEX® and SCOTT®) in the offices segment of the market.

Reporting into the EMEA segment marketing team leader, the role sits within a high-performing team with ambitious objectives. To drive results you will need to collaborate and influence a wide range of internal clients and stakeholders both within EMEA and globally. Therefore you will need to be a strong, confident character who is comfortable recommending strategic actions to senior management and overcoming challenges.

The roles requires a candidate with a strong strategic background in marketing either in B2B (preferred but not essential) or B2C. You will need to display a proven record of building strategy from business insights through to the development and execution of marketing programmes to deliver results.

Main Duties & Responsibilities Lead market analysis and understanding, in order to develop a strategic marketing planWork with agencies and internal marketing teams to brief and create successful marketing programmesWork across with country marketing teams to build and execute programmes.Collaborate with brand managers to provide segment insights to support brand and product launchesLiaise and manage relevant internal clients and stakeholders such as sales, product/brand management, segment marketersManage responsibility for budgets and ensure that all deadlines are met in a timely and efficient manner.
The Individual

You will need;
Sufficient experience within a similar role to establish gravitas in order to develop and influence strategic directionDemonstrable experience of;Recommending and influencing senior managementDeveloping marketing strategies against a variety of different marketing and business objectives Working across the full range of communications and engagement tools - with strong digital and CRM experience particularly, valued - and of executing fully integrated campaigns.Rigorously evaluating campaigns and measuring success with reference to financial measures (calculating ROI) as well as the full suite of online and offline process metrics.A strong track record of effective project management and delivery.Confident and capable communication including the ability to deliver high impact, influential presentationsCreative thinker, able to see beyond what is being asked for in a brief and suggest, with reference to the ultimate objective, what will be most effective.Excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communication, with the ability to build productive relationships across the organisation.Multi market experience is desirable as this individual must work with internal and external stakeholders in multiple markets/ countries.The right to work or ability to obtain the right to work in the UK
