Business Support Co-ordinator
We have a great opportunity for an organised and methodical self-starter to join us as a Business Support Co-ordinator in our Bristol city centre office.
The Business Support team’s mission is to drive effective, efficient and compliant operation of key business support, quality management and other corporate services processes, resulting in great customer outcomes.
Your role within the team will involve effective and timely project set up, raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders and effective use of systems such as Kimble and AX2012.
Working together with colleagues, some of whom will be based in other offices, your role will have a particular focus on data quality and process compliance and controls.
By providing feedback to relevant stakeholders regarding optimisation of current processes and communicating effectively with customers and internal colleagues, you will contribute to the smooth running of the business support team.
We see this role as a great fit for candidates educated to degree or AAT level who are looking to take their first initial steps into finance. However, we are also keen to hear from candidates with excellent A Level results who can demonstrate relevant experience in a similar role.
What skills and experience can I bring to the role?
Alongside a strong academic record and excellent numeracy skills gained in a busy finance administration environment, you will have strong customer service and organisational skills.
You will be confident and comfortable liaising with people at all levels of an organisation and your exceptional communication skills will ensure that you quickly build effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
As well as excellent analytical skills and a great eye for detail, you will have experience of working to deadlines and under pressure and an understanding of assessing processes and suggesting and implementing improvements.
It goes without saying that you will be proficient in Microsoft Office packages and any previous experience of using AX2012 will be advantageous but not essential.
What can Tribal offer me?
You will be based in our friendly and supportive Bristol office which has an onsite cafeteria and is conveniently situated near shops, restaurants and the train station. As well as a rewarding role in a global technology business where we encourage everybody to contribute to our success, we offer a pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, child care vouchers and the chance to buy or sell annual leave.
So, if you are up for this exciting challenge, please get in touch now by completing our short application form and attaching your CV and a covering letter.
Tribal is an equal opportunities employer and positively encourages applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates regardless of sex, race, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender reassignment, religion or belief, marital status, or pregnancy and maternity.
