Accounts Receivables Clerk Full Time - Paying up to £21,000

Your new role

An Accounts Receivable Clerk preparing invoices and/or claims by utilising input from various sources including external customer base or internal departments. Process payment receipt information to clear open receivables. Interpret remittance payment information, identify invoice information to apply payments to appropriate receivable items, and complete quality control verification to balance to check data. Prepare reconciliation of cash suspense accounts and monitor aging accounts to resolve outstanding items. Research and resolve issues where the remittance advice does not clearly identify the purpose of the payment. Identify and resolve accounts receivable performance issues and escalating to the AR team leader as appropriate. Produce routine reports, schedules, and summaries for the FSSC management. Meet service level agreement and performance targets related to accounts receivable.

What you'll need to succeed

Proven ability to support broad functional teams in a corporate environment and championing change. Excellent interpersonal, relationship building, decision making, organisational, analytical and problem solving skills. Accounts receivable experience and SAP accounting systems experience is highly desirable. AAT, CIMA or ACCA would also be advantageous alongside Practical working knowledge of analytical tools and spread sheets.
