Job role
Our client, an innovative UK business with offices in Melbourn are looking to source an Accounts Administrator to join their dynamic finance team. The role will involve providing administrative support to various team members within the group and would suit a diligent, enthusiastic individual with experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
-Weekly timecard entry process
-Ensuring all timecards are submitted on time
-Raising invoices and handling queries / chasing debt
-Give support to the partners' WIP management and debt chasing - ensuring that all client work is billed accurately and on time
-Liaising with other account administrators on unresolved hours
-Assignment housekeeping relating to owned jobs

This would suit an individual with strong numerical skills able to handle large amounts of data and figures. A sound knowledge of Microsoft Office will be essential and experience working in a fast-paced environment would be preferred.
