Business Services / Client Manager - Accountancy Practice - Coventry

Public Practice Specialists Clark Wood have are working closely with a leading regional firm in Coventry who are seeking a Business Services Client Manager or Senior Manager to join their team.

The role will involve managing your own portfolio of clients as well as working closely with the Partners and junior staff members, so strong communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships is essential

The main duties of this role include delivering accounting & taxation services to a diverse range of clients including Owner Managed Businesses, Partnerships and PLCs as well as reviewing the work of junior staff.

Main Responsibilities:

Managing a portfolio of clients
Preparation and review of statutory accounts for sole traders, partnerships and limited companies
Preparation of monthly and quarterly management accounts
Preparation and review of VAT returns
Preparation of Personal Tax returns including self-assessments
Preparation of Corporation Tax computations
Dealing with clients ad hoc queries
Review of work done by junior staff
Excellent client interaction skills

Requirements:

ACA/ACCA Qualified
Part Qualified/ AAT Qualified & QBE candidates will also be considered
Experience of working in practice is essential
