Payroll Officer - Bedfordshire - £19,000pa benefits - Contract 6 Months
The role of Payroll Officer is to ensure that you provide a full and thorough payroll service to clients and to assist with the development of the company to become a market leader in it's field.
Your main duties will be to:
Liaise with clients over matters relating to the preparation of weekly and monthly payrollsDevelop positive working relationships with the aim of continuously improving service delivery.Collection and collation of authorised data from the client relating to payroll processing.Input of data to pay clients via electronic upload and manual input.Calculation and processing of all statutory information relating to client members of staff.Reconciliation of Year End information each period.Processing and dispatch of all Year End reporting.
Preferably you will have previous experience of working within a client facing environment (bureau) with excellent communication skills both written and verbal. This is a highly demanding but very rewarding role and progressive for right candidate.
