Accounts Assistant - Maternity Cover
Our Client has an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them for a period of 9-12 Months to cover maternity - this will also be reviewed to permanent.
You will work as part of a dedicated and close-knit team, reporting directly to the Company Accountant.
Daily duties will include;
- Purchase Ledger processing (matching, batching, coding and posting)
- Supplier statement reconciliation
- Supplier query resolution
- Bank reconciliation
- Allocating payments
- Basic Credit Control
To be considered for the role you must;
- be available to interview and commence employment at short notice
- be aware the the role is initially being offered on a contract basis
