Claims Executive
£18,000 - 22,000

A Claims Executive is required for a client based locally. The purpose of this role is to work closely with the Claims Manager to ensure plan terms and conditions are adhered to and all communication is timely. This role will be working between 6am and 6pm and will require a candidate to be flexible in their working hours.

The position involves:
Providing excellent customer experience and ensuring a seamless delivery
Guiding customers through the claims process, preauthorise, adjudicate and advise on claims coverage
Ensuring claims are accurately processed in the system as per terms and conditions
To make sure all communication with customers is accurate
Adhere to departmental and company rules and all relevant guidelines
Work within authority limits and achieve agreed KPIs and targets
Evidence cost savings and increase in new product uptake
Undertake continuous training and highlight where required
Additional responsibilities as determined by business and departmental needs.

The candidate will:
Have excellent communication
Work well under pressure with excellent prioritisation skills
Be able to consistently achieves targets
Be confident with Microsoft packages
Be reliable and hard working
Maintain a good attitude to work
Be a good team player, builds strong local and remote relationships
Have previous experience in insurance is desirable but not essential
