We are currently seeking a Finance Administrator for a large organisation based in Canary Wharf. This is fantastic opportunity for individual with commercial banking experience to join a well-recognised and respected organisation. This organisation believes investing into its employees and making sure they reach their full potential. You will be based in a fast paced, vibrant office environment.

The role will involve:

  • Collecting and distributing post
  • Collating management information
  • Providing an efficient and effective document management service
  • Liaising with staff to ensure systems are being followed
  • Arranging travel, accommodation and meetings .
  • Photocopying, scanning and general admin duties
  • Dealing with phone enquiries efficiently
  • Additional Ad hoc duties

  • Skills required:

  • Excellent spelling and grammar
  • Typing speed 30 wpm
  • Use of; MS outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • The ideal candidate will be flexible in terms of supporting other departments in the office.Must take pride in their work and have a positive 'can do' attitude.
