Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join our team on a permanent basis here at Fuller's, based out of our support office near Kew Bridge, West London. The role sits within the IT team, reporting into Anil, our IT Applications Manager.

You will play a crucial role in shaping the systems, processes, and procedures of the organisation. As the business has just started the implementation project for a new finance system, this an excellent time to join the business and to be heavily involved from the very start.

As the Finance Business Analyst, your primary taskis to maintain the integrity of the data within the financial systems, ensuring that finance systems are working to an optimal level. You will be involved with reviewing and analysing the existing applications and platforms and overseeing future improvements.

The new finance system will be Microsoft Dynamics Business Central so you will have a strong understand of this system and/or its predecessor NAV.

You will have excellent IT and communication skills. We are looking for someone who is eager to impart their knowledge, flexible in approach but firm when necessary, who can work on their own initiative and thrives when thinking and acting proactively. You will need to 'know what good looks like' and what best practice methods and processes should be adoptedin order toget the most out of our systems. A genuine passion for finance systems is a must.

What else will you be doing? Lead contact within the IT team for system issues and liaise with the Finance team and external suppliers as applicable to resolve. De-bugging, trouble shooting and problem-solving errors as they're raised by users of the system. Monitoring the performance and usability of new Finance & BI system and gathering feedback from all stakeholders. Responsible for data


and accuracy across the BI systems and ensuring all testing is appropriately documented. Ensure systems and controls are fully documented and kept up to date Ensure all the IT & Finance Team are fully trained to maximise the benefit from the systems as they are developed

Technical Skills Essential: 3-5Yrs financial background combined with in-depth systems and IT experience. Essential: Proven track record of Finance Transformation/ERP Implementation Projects Essential: Experience of Business


Reporting systems Essential: Degree or equivalent Qualification Essential: Ability to produce end user training material Essential: Technical skill set including C/AL, C/Side, AL Extension & Visual Studio Desirable: UAT Experience Desirable: In depth knowledge of Purchase to Pay (PtP), Fixed Assets and Estates/Facilities Management Desirable: Experience of working with Microsoft Business Central, Navision Desirable: Experience of working with Jet Reports / Power BI /Power Apps Desirable: Experience of working with Continia Document Capture Desirable: Experience of Change Management and Finance Transformation Desirable: Studying for ACCA, CIMA, or ACA part-qualified
