Accounts Assistant (Temporary)
A brilliant opportunity has arisen for an experienced accounts assistant to join our industry leading client based in Gloucester.
This has an immediate start date and will last for roughly 8-10 weeks although there is potential for extension.
Reporting to the Management accountant you will be required to assist with:
·Invoicing, entering purchase orders onto the company system.
·Resolving supplier account queries
·Payments via BACs/Cheques
·Balance sheet reconciliations
·Month end process
·Other AdHoc duties required by the Management Accountant
The successful candidate must have prior experience of a similar position, good Excel skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment and liaise with non-finance staff at times.
Prior experience of SAP is desirable but not essential.
