£up to 25,000Valeco Recruitment are working with our client on an exclusive basis to recruit for a newly created role for an Accounts/Sales Administrator due to business growth with our new client in the local Midlothian area.We are keen to speak with individuals who are immediately available due to the urgent nature of this vacancy.How would we describe our client?• Boutique

Or you are seeking a new challenge?What is involved?A smaller hands on office you will be involved in a variety of tasks and this opportunity sits across both office functions and we will be looking for individuals who are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.• Processing all incoming and outgoing mail
• Organising deliveries, couriers and working to deadlines
• Sales order processing
• Liaising with suppliers and placing orders accurately
• Processing supplier invoices
• Daily bank reconciliations
• Cash flow, aged debtors etc
• Sales figures and reporting into the MD
• Company mileage and expenses processing
• Liaising with and coordinating temporary workers, processing time sheets etc
• Coordinating and managing holidays
• VAT returns quarterly
• Monthly statements
• Credit control weekly
• Liaising with and building up relationships with customers over the telephone, face to face and liaising with via email
• Processing card payments
• Stock control
• Stationary ordering and any other ad hoc tasks as requiredThis is an excellent and rare opportunity for someone who is keen to join an organisation and be busy, yet feel like you are a key and vital part of their company.What do we require?• PC literate: Word, Excel, Outlook and Sage essential
• Experience in conducting the above duties
• Team player who can manage your own workload and deadlines with minimum supervision
• Hands on and not afraid to help others
