Elevation Senior Finance have been engaged exclusively by a leading international manufacturing business in Sheffield as they seek to appoint a new Head of FP&A. This role will join the business at an exciting time, following a recent re-structure and acquisition that has changed the shape and dynamic of the company. Due to the recent changes, the Head of FP&A will be tasked with leading the project to standardise and develop the groups reporting processes and work with the various business units to improve the flow and availability of insightful and accurate financial information.

Working directly for the CFO, in addition to the above mention project, the successful applicant will be given access to a variety of financial tasks allowing them to further develop their skills with the view of becoming a Divisional Finance Director in the next 12-18 months.

My client feels this position would best suit an ambitious and confident CIMA/ACA/ACCA qualified accountant who has a track record of leading change projects and supporting a range of senior stakeholders. In addition it would be beneficial for applicants to have previous experience within the manufacturing sector so the incumbent is able to quickly settle in to the role and understands the challenges faced across the sites.
