Salary: £80,000+ (Salary will depend on experience)

We are currently recruiting for a Mid Tier firm in Central London that are looking to recruit a strong Audit Senior Manager or Audit Director into a partner designate role.The firm are keen to offer the right candidate an opportunity to join their leadership development programme and invest to ensure you progress forwards into a partner role. As a leading advisor to owner managed businesses they are keen to secure an entrepreneurial professional with a commercial mindset that can assist them in developing their client portfolio

The Role:

    Oversee the delivery of audit/accounts assignments across a portfolio of owner managed businesses and SMEs Lead some of the larger and more complex assignments Build further revenue streams through introducing new clients to the firm and developing further streams with current clients Monitor profitability across your portfolio forecasting effectively Coach and develop staff members and encourage progression within the firm
Requirements:

    ACA, ACCA qualification/overseas equivalent with at least 6 years post qualified experience Experience of managing a portfolio of OMB/SME private company audits Proven experience in new business development and client relationship management Experience of dealing with complex client issues Leadership experience at a management grade Experience of preparing budgets and monitoring actual time against budget
