Job Title: Portfolio Manager, Risk, Finance and Treasury (RFT) Technology

Location: London

Corporate Title: Vice President

The Risk, Finance and Treasury (RFT) Reporting and Governance function is looking to recruit an experienced Portfolio Manager with proven experience in Portfolio level reporting and governance.

You will work in a team with responsibility for the successful communication of all Chief Operating Office control points including portfolio health, milestone tracking, escalations, headcount and financial management. You will work closely with the sub-domain stakeholders (Chief Information Officers, Business Managers and Project Management Officers), programme and project managers to ensure the Change the Bank investments are adhering to governance frameworks, meeting reporting expectations and that the Portfolio is tracking against its technology transformation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and group scorecard.

Your key responsibilities
  • You will support the design of standard reporting suites, maintain templates, reporting schedules and produce best practice guidance liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • You will be responsible for quality assuring, challenging and curating reporting submissions
  • You will be responsible for delivery against the communications strategy including producing newsletters, building confluence sites and organising townhalls including speakers and materials
  • Driving governance processes and best practice, including change control across the domains
  • You will track and challenge variance against portfolio KPIs, ExCo level milestones and investment benefits
Your skills and experience
  • Experience of working as a Portfolio Manager, reporting to senior audiences
  • Demonstrable experience in Governance of complex transformation programmes to successful conclusions
  • Relevant experience working in the Financial Services industry
  • Experience to comprehend, link and aggregate tech outcomes and benefits for senior business stakeholder audiences
  • Proven experience in mentoring and coaching teams
