As a CRM Developer you will be supporting the bank by managing and resolving 1st and 2nd line level technical issues, as well as developing your own technical expertise as a CRM developer.So what would you be doing?...
• Providing 1st line CRM support to colleagues across the bank
• Managing the progression of any CRM technical issues raised and escalating where necessary
• Identifying any common issues and trends and reporting them to the development team to resolve
• Liaising with third-party software vendors to resolve external issuesYou need to be this kind of person…

• Able to work and learn quickly in a fast paced, fun and dynamic environment
And whilst we always aim to train for skill where possible, on this occasion we are looking for someone who is already able to do all these wonderful things...
• You will have some experience of providing technical support
• An ability to troubleshoot issues and identify software bugs
• Experience of using Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online
• An understanding of the basic coding and development in C# would be an advantage
